4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Services: If you notify us at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, we will issue a refund in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or missed appointments are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments. Service appointments may be rescheduled once free of charge with at least 24 hours notice.

Informational Products: Digital content is delivered instantly. Due to the nature of immediate access, purchases are final. In case of defective download links, a refund will be issued upon request within 14 days of purchase.

Goods: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition. The purchaser covers return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
